Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Nature of Services

All consultations are conducted online via video call, phone, or messaging platforms and are considered a time-bound, non-returnable digital service.

Please note: 5 Emotions is a brand of Cherry Crafts India; therefore, all billing and Service payments are processed through the Parent Company, Cherry Crafts India.

2. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. No cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling are allowed once a session is booked.

Please be sure of your availability and intent before making a booking. Our time is reserved exclusively for you during the scheduled slot.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Client cancellations

• No-shows or missed appointments

• Dissatisfaction with the service

• Scheduling conflicts

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the fee is non-refundable.
Our consultations involve a significant investment of time and expertise, and are therefore non-refundable after delivery.

4. Technical Issues

• If the session is interrupted due to a technical issue on our end, we will:

  • Reschedule the session at no additional cost.

• If technical issues occur on the client's end, rescheduling may be considered once as a goodwill gesture. Refunds will not be granted in this case.

5. Refund Processing

Once a payment is processed and a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

All intellectual property, logos, trademarks, and service content under the name 5 Emotions™ are legally protected and exclusively associated with the 5 Emotions™ brand. Any references to Cherry Crafts India pertain solely to its role as the parent holder and do not imply interchangeability between the two business divisions.

Accordingly:

• All official invoices and payment receipts will be issued under the name “Cherry Crafts India.”

• GST, taxation, and financial compliance are processed through Cherry Crafts India as the parent company.

• This distinction does not affect the service quality or delivery provided under 5 Emotions™.
